SIPPR is a comprehensive Grade A design & research institute, and also one of the top 100 survey & design institutes in China subordinate to central large enterprise China National Machinery & Equipment Corp(SINOMACH). It mainly undertakes the project consultation, project design, project management & general contract work on industrial,civil,environmental & municipal project an the projects constructed instead of the government.Besides,it also has foreign economic & technological cooperative business right authorized by the State Foreign Trade Committee and Overseas Gerneral Contract Business Permit Certificate awarded by Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C.

It passed the attestation of Quality System in 1998 and finished the new version^,s authentication of ISO9001 in 2002.
